Tours

• We offer tours both within Bali and to destinations beyond, specializing in customized itineraries to meet your unique travel desires.
• All tour price is inclusiv of Comfortable Airconditioned Car, English speaking driver and mineral water on the trip.

Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Bali Island Getaway. Confirmation will be sent via email within 48 Hours of receiving the booking request.
• A 30% non refundable deposit required to secure the booking.
• The final payment of the remaining balance is due 2 (two) days prior to the arrival date. Failure to make the final payment by due date may results in the cancellation of the booking.
• We accept payment via Bank Transfer, Paypal and major credit card. (We are not responsible for any bank fee/ charges may occur during transaction)
• Special fees may apply for certain transactions, such as a 3% transaction fee for credit card payments and 5% fee for. Payments made via PayPal. These fees will be clearly communicated to the client prior to booking confirmation.
• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and Indonesia Rupiah (IDR). Rate subject to daily exchange rate
• All payments made including the down payment and final payment, are non refundable. This means that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, changes, or no-shows.
• The agency reserves the right to adjust prices at any timedue factors beyond its control, such as changes in accomodation rates, oor government taxes. Any price increases will be communicated to the client prior to the final payment due date.
• The agency will not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or modifications to the booking caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, poolitical unrest, or strikes.

Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your flight to cover unforseen events such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage.
• Clients are responsible for their own safety and security and Bali Island Getaway is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the trip, including but not limited to those caused by negligence, acts of God, or unforseen circumstances.

Rule Of Addition

Additional rule and condition valid for ordering, purchasing of service and product and other exploiting from the part of this site, and you agree to obey other terms and conditions, including additional terms and conditin that is occured in its bearing with certain service and product.
